Getting the Holiday Spirit
I love the holidays. These electric light trees surrounded by real trees show the commercialization of Christmas but that the beauty of Christmas still exists no matter what you do or don't do with it.
Happy Holidays...You can see beauty everywhere. Just look.

Yeah, holidays are cool. I confess that when I was just a kid were better. I used to write some letters to Santa Claus telling him that i was a good kid, doing my homework, being a good son etc etc. And now, I don't have this anymore, but walking through the streets and seeing all of this lights makes me feel happy. I guess it is the holyday spirit. :D
That's my holiday philosophy in a nutshell. I've always loved Christmas, in spite of being distinctly non-religious. I love driving through the countryside and seeing Christmas lights from a long distance. You can see beauty everywhere.
If someone doesn't like the conventional trappings of a holiday for any reason, it seems so much better to find a way to make it enjoyable as your own, versus just stewing and fuming in opposition...
